Synopsis
A mysterious meeting in an underground parking lot; a funeral for a woman who has been missing for years; an actor pretending to be the private investigator who discovered her body—noting is as it seems in this intimate portrait of what can happen to a family in the midst of loss and personal tragedy.

Julia Hutchings is a writer/director/editor based in Vancouver, Canada. originally working with experimental cinema, she moved into narrative fiction with her film Irradiate, which screened at festivals across North America and garnered several awards. Julia's most recent film, Here Nor There, was one of nine films selected by Talent Tout Court, an initiative of Telefilm Canada in Clermont Ferrand 2016. She studied film at the Simon Fraser School for Contemporary Arts, completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts with specialization in 2010. Julia was one of the five filmmakers selected as Women In The Directors Chair Career Advancement Module, taking place in Vancouver in the spring of 2016 and is currently in development on her first feature film.
