Jean-François Boisvenue tells us about his childhood fears and his history of mental illness. On the screen, we can see a series of hand-drawn animations projected onto his body that plunges us into psychosis and depersonalization. The whole was captured by the camera without postproduction effects.

Jean-François is a multidisciplinary artist who graduated from the École Supérieure de Théâtre de l'UQAM in 2006. As a filmmaker, he has produced and directed several short films, including Nyctophobia, which was also adapted on stage in October 2021. He also has to his credit a feature film called Toujours Encore, released in 2016. With a master's degree in German studies and having begun a doctorate in comparative literature, he is very interested in research and his exploratory works always have a documentary aspect.
