One summer, many years after his mother confided in him about her romantic difficulties with his father, a filmmaker questions his parents, curious about the state of their relationship. During this time, he will come into contact with the limits of family privacy.

Charles Duquet is a director, editor and producer of documentary films. He works in the Montreal regions as well as in Estrie. He won the emerging talent award at the 22nd Montreal International Documentary Festival thanks to his graduation documentary Vers des champs. In 2021, he directed and co-wrote the documentary Memoirs of an Island produced by Radio-Canada. Charles' work is inspired by the vision of an author and seeks to highlight neglected facets of our society.
