Shelagh Rowan-Legg is a writer and filmmaker. Her short films have screened at festivals around the world, including PÖFF Black Nights Film Festival, Revelation Perth Film festival, and Fantasia Festival. She has curated films for FrightFest, Shorts Not Pants Festival, and Wench Film Festival. She is a Contributing Editor at ScreenAnarchy, and a contributor to Panorama-cinéna. Her book The Spanish Fantastic: Contemporary Filmmaking in Horror, Fantasy and Sci Fi was published in 2016.
